Welcome Back To Mr. Laudati’s Gym Class

~All Classes Continue Warm-Ups and Exercises ~   

Each Exercise 2nd – 8th count to 10(ten)

Each Exercise K -1st count to 7(seven)

  Sitting Stretches:

  • Leg Stretches (alternate)
  • Butterflies
  • Pike Stretches (alternate)
  •   Stand-up Warm-ups:
  • Toe Touches
  • Jumping Jacks(If Possible)
  • Leg Crossing Bend (alternate)
  • Leg Lunges (alternate)
  • Leg-Back Stretch (alternate)
  • Cross-Arm Across Chest Pull-In Stretch (alternate)
  • Roll -Head Slowly -Around (alternate)
  • Arms-Out Roll Forward /Backwards
  • 12″ Leg-Lifts 3 X 10 count
  • Arm-Out Squats : 2 Sets of Ten

3rd – 8th:

Keep your journal updated and recent to your routine on exercises and nutrition. Keep adding 1 extra stretch rep and add a set of Arm-Out Squats (Arms Forward) [ 2 sets of 10 = 20 Times.]

K – 8th:

****Find A Board Game or Card Game and Play****

The More Family Members The Better.

[Rules; No Technology Devices On, in Room of Play] Such as cell phones, tv, & computer as to cause No distractions. (Trust me it makes game time that much better.) –>Use Fair Play and Sportsmanship. **Shake hands with fellow players after the game, whether you win or lose, remember it’s just a game.

Play for 30 min. minimum or until game ends.
