Each Exercise 2nd – 8th count to 10(ten)

Each Exercise K -1st count to 7(seven)

  Sitting Stretches:

  • Leg Stretches (alternate)
  • Butterflies
  • Pike Stretches (alternate)
  •   Stand-up Warm-ups:
  • Toe Touches
  • Jumping Jacks(If Possible)
  • Leg Crossing Bend (alternate)
  • Leg Lunges (alternate)
  • Leg-Back Stretch (alternate)
  • Cross-Arm Across Chest Pull-In Stretch (alternate)
  • Roll -Head Slowly -Around (alternate)
  • Arms-Out Roll Forward /Backwards
  • 12″ Leg-Lifts [laying on your back]3 X 10 count
  • Arm-Out Squats : [arms out forward] 2 Sets of Ten
  • Knee-Lifts [like marching in place and lift knees as high as you can.]

3rd – 8th:

Keep your journal updated and recent to your routine on exercises and nutrition. Keep adding 1 extra stretch rep and add a set of “Knee-Lifts”- Each knee is brought up 10 times/alternate knees. [ 2 sets of 10 = 20 Times.]

May 4 – 5, 2020 :

K – 8th:

Play Balloon Volley Ball with a family member/s. [With your parents permission.] Use a Balloon or softy ball. For a NET, Use a string, broom handle, or water noodle,etc. Play for points or just have fun with volleying the ball over the net. If your by yourself, try to keep hitting it up as many times as you can (count how many times, Try to break your own record.)
